Evaluación del Sistema de Referencia y Contrareferencia en los usuarios del Centro de Salud de Guanujo, cantón Guaranda, provincia Bolívar periodo enero – abril 2019

The attention of the user in the health system of our country in its three levels of care is structured through a process of reference and counter reference that must be effective and efficient based on the regulations given by the Ministry of Public Health, same that will favor timely attention and monitoring of the external user. The objective of our research is to diagnose the situation of the reference system and against the users of the Health Center of Guanujo, Cantón Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar period January - April 2019, and propose alternative solutions. The material and methods used in our research; were reference and counter reference formats existing in the Guanujo health center archive, regarding the type of study corresponded to an observational and cross-sectional descriptive study, the object of study in the reference process and against reference of patients who come to the center of health in Guanujo, for which the primary source was used, which consisted of reviewing the filling of form 053 during the period January-April 2019. The patients who are referred to the different areas of the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital are returned to the operating units, but without reference, since this responsibility is the responsibility of the district 02D01 Guaranda- Salud; Once the patient is discharged by the hospital, the EAIS is responsible for monitoring the treatment and rehabilitation. The importance of compliance with the regulations of the reference system of the Guanujo health center lies in the fact that the staff of this program is trained to correctly apply the standard and deliver quality information in the filling of existing instruments such as: form 053 and the application of the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital, achieving in this way that the patient who goes to the house of health respectively be attended with quality and warmth by the health personnel.
