Chapter I contains the description of the problem that has been established as the object of the research which is framed in "The judicial error in the order of preventive detention and the responsibility of the administration of justice in Ecuador", the detail of the problem statement, the formulation of the problem, and description of the general and specific objectives, and the justification of the research, presenting the guiding premises of the study. Chapter II provides a theoretical framework, presents a bibliographic review of the main topics on which the variables determined in the judicial error in the pretrial detention order and the responsibility of the administration of justice in Ecuador are based, presenting the variables that are the object of the research, subsequent research antecedents, research hypotheses and research hypotheses, and the justification for the study, research hypothesis and the establishment of the dependent variables. Chapter III allows the description of the research work by explaining the scope of the study, the type of study applied to the research being chosen the exploratory, the qualitative method, the design that was part of the study, specification of the population and sample, the techniques and instruments for data collection, as well as the procedures for data collection, as well as the techniques for data processing, analysis and interpretation. Chapter IV details the establishment of results that have been found with the research, in which the presentation of results is generated, who were the beneficiaries of the research, identifies the impact that the study has shown to have, as well as the transfer of the results. Finally, it establishes a series of conclusions once the research has been carried out, recommendations and the bibliography that supports the research. |
