Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | The present research aimed to design the structure of a Technical Tourism Unit in the Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of Las Naves. This is because this canton has not fully assumed the responsibilities provided by the current tourism regulations. Therefore, the purpose of the work is to contribute to the development of the study canton by providing the necessary guidelines for gradually taking on tourism responsibilities such as planning, regulation, control, and management. Regarding the adopted methodology, a qualitative research approach was used, emphasizing logical methods and the use of bibliographical, field, and descriptive research. The primary result obtained is that the structuring of the Technical Unit will require a budget of $57,206.00, covering the payments of the responsible technicians and essential elements for the UTMT's proper functioning for one year. In conclusion, it is found that the canton Las Naves has untapped tourism potential. This potential can be developed if there is appropriate personnel and space to generate projects that allow the population to progressively develop and improve tourism activities. |
