Gestión Financiera del primer semestre aplicado en la Matriz de la Cooperativa Juan Pío de Mora, provincia Bolívar, cantón San Miguel año 2013

This research was carried out in the cooperative Juan Pío de Mora, in view of the problems that are indicators of profitability of the Roe and Roa, which present low percentages compared with the cooperative system, variation in the comparative assets from one year to another, the existence of high credit portfolio product, few active members, absence of investments , among others by what the objective of this research is to "Determine the influence of the financial profitability management through the development of a quantitative model of financial indicators", together with the specific objectives and applying methods and techniques of research, made viable this research. Making use of the types of research, such as: descriptive, bibliographical and field research information was obtained to develop the theoretical framework. The deductive and inductive method was also applied to establish the current status of the financial management of the cooperative. Through the interview applied to managers, obtained the relevant information that supports the proposal of work since results reflect the application of a not very effective model called the model of management by objectives, thus noting the importance and need to develop a model of financial management that facilitates in the short term, a periodic assessment of the financial operations of the cooperative ,coming this way to meet the level of profitability that is 2.5%. This model consists of three phases: strategic analysis, financial analysis and profitability, the sequential development of the phases mentioned strategies will facilitate managers make timely decisions, aimed at the growth of the profitability of the institution under study.
