| description | The purpose of this degree project is to develop a mobile application aimed at managing the oversaturation and disorganization in the reception of orders by customers at the fast food restaurant "Pollo Express". To identify the problem, needs and complaints of customers, both interviews and surveys were used. In development, the "Mobile-D" methodology was chosen, which includes five phases: exploration, initiation, production, stabilization and system testing. By using this methodology, customer satisfaction was improved by taking into account their feedback, obtained through surveys and interviews. The architecture used to develop the application system was Mobile-D. As already indicated, this report is organized into the different chapters mentioned above. Keywords: Mobile – D, Delivery, Software, Systematize processesEste proyecto de titulación tiene como propósito desarrollar una aplicación móvil destinada a gestionar la sobresaturación y desorganización en la recepción de pedidos por parte de los clientes en el restaurante de comida rápida "Pollo Express". Para identificar el problema, las necesidades y quejas de los clientes, se utilizaron tanto entrevistas como encuestas. En el desarrollo, se optó por la metodología "Mobile-D", que comprende cinco fases: exploración, iniciación, producción, estabilización y prueba de sistema. Al emplear esta metodología, se logró mejorar la satisfacción del cliente al tener en cuenta sus retroalimentaciones, obtenidas a través de encuestas y entrevistas. La arquitectura utilizada para la elaboración del sistema de la aplicación fue Mobile-D. Como ya se indicó, este informe está organizado en los diferentes capítulos que se mencionó anteriormente.
