Тойм:The purpose of this project is to identify ergonomic risk factors that influence the role of the administrative staff of the State University of Bolivar, scientifically based with an introduction. The same that refers to the post of secretary and its risks during the exercise of their functions, which is developed with this topic: "Ergonomic risk factors that influence the role of administrative staff of the State University of Bolivar of the City Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar Period 2016- 2017. " The following objectives were established: "Improve the Health and Safety conditions of the administrative staff of the Bolivar State University of Bolívar, Bolivar Province 2016 2017." Regarding the specific objectives: Identify the ergonomic risks that influence the performance of the administrative staff of the Bolivar State University Educate about the ergonomic risk factors that influence the administrative staff functions of Bolivar State University Elaborate an ergonomic risk prevention plan directed to the administrative staff of the Bolivar State University This research work is based on a scientific theory, which provides knowledge and content of professionals in this area that helped to carry out this research, the evaluation with which the results were achieved was through surveys applied to the secretarial staff of the University State of Bolivar and it was concluded that there are specific problems in the ergonomic aspect. The conclusions and recommendations indicate the deficiencies and the possible solutions of this problem, the annexes show the activities that have been carried out during this investigation.
