Gaia:Human talent management plays a crucial role in the job performance of the Caluma Fire Department, as it directly influences operational efficiency and emergency response capacity. This study analyzes the relationship between personnel administration and firefighter performance, considering aspects such as selection, training, motivation, and performance evaluation. Through a descriptive methodology with a qualitative approach, data were collected through surveys to identify strengths and weaknesses in human talent management. The findings allow for the proposal of improvement strategies that optimize job performance and strengthen institutional capacity. The implementation of effective human talent management will contribute to improving the quality of service provided to the community.
