Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | This research project arises from the interest of knowing the communicational shortcomings by which the Provincial Board of Defense of the Artisan of the Guaranda canton, Province of Bolivar (JPDA), currently maintains with internal and external staff thereby causing the disinterest of The Bolivarian community. The research process was started with the direct investigation sheet to the infrastructure and departments of the institution. 267 surveys were carried out on the members in qualification and qualified process to determine the problem that the entity maintains, resulting in the absence of a communication department and the lack of trained officials to maintain organized and forceful information for its members as well as for General population. The management of social networks and the creation of a web page have caused the working officials to do their work in a traditional way due to the lack of continuous training. Thus ending with the socialization of the results of the research through communication products such as posters, leaflets, leaflets and dialogue directly with each of the inhabitants, where the problem that the entity is going through is made known |
