Testing the hypothesis that transactional migration has a significant impact on the economy and self-management of customers. The methods used in the research are: inductive and deductive, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, analyzing interviews and surveys with their respective instruments. The research is classified as documentary bibliographic, field and descriptive. Documentary bibliographic research focuses on the search for information already available, while field research allows obtaining direct data from the organization, providing a more realistic view of the situation. Descriptive research aims to detail and explain the current situation, providing a clear picture. Two main instruments were used for data collection: interviews and surveys. The interview was conducted with the manager of the Banco Pichincha agency in Guaranda, which suggests a qualitative approach that adds depth to the research. The surveys were directed to clients. To process the information collected, tools such as Google Forms and Excel were used. The survey questions were formulated with answers on an ordinal scale, which facilitates the measurement of perceptions, preferences and attitudes in relation to the subject. This approach allows quantifying the results and representing them through tables and graphs, making the data more understandable
