| Gaia: | Developing the cognitive process in fifth grade students of basic education through teaching learning of combined operations is important and essential, these are the foundations on which new mathematical knowledge will be built. Basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) are operations that are present in everyday life and are of vital importance to coexist in a globalized and competitive society. The present work details the results obtained when applying educational technologies in the learning of combined operations with the students of the fifth year of EGB of the Verbo Divine Educational Unit, two observation sessions were carried out, being able to register the existence of shortcomings in solving exercises with combined operations. For this reason, it is of transcendent importance to combine the theoretical and fundamental contents of mathematics with technological applications that affect the learning and development of skills for solving problems associated with combined operations. It has been decided to use incorporating technological applications due to its impact on obtaining knowledge and the development of necessary skills. The type of investigation a significant change in the development and mastery of combined operations skills was confirmed. |
