| 要約: | The purpose of this research is to analyze the use of ICTs as a didactic resource in the virtual teaching-learning process of students and thereby acquire technological knowledge during the new modality of education due to the COVID -19 pandemic, for which A deep analysis was carried out where it was supported by a scientific literary review. The methodological design inserts a mixed approach (quantitative, qualitative) with a sample of 36 students and a teacher of the Basic Middle level to whom the instruments were applied during the period 2021-2022. From the analysis of the research and sample through frequency tables, it is obtained that the most used platform within the educational process was Zoom.
