Public space is that place in which any citizen has the right to free movement, in which there is no restriction due to private property, while territorial planning are the policies imposed by the state which serve to plan development. , which seeks the organization and good administration of society that allows good decisions to be made through social actors to achieve order and take advantage of space, finally the informal trader is that individual who is dedicated to the free trade of products of any type. within public spaces, without any type of permit, social security, or fixed salary. In the research, bibliographic and theoretical elements will be used that allow a better development and explanation of the topic. To carry out this research, the mixed method will be used, which allows through theory and surveys to address informal work, which are aimed at informal merchants who work within the Bellavista sector of the city of Guaranda, this information knows the reality and problems that merchants go through.
