El irrespeto de la jornada laboral en menores, en relación a los derechos constitucionales, por parte del empleador, Echeandía, 2022.

In the canton of Echeandía, Bolívar Province, we find children, young people, and adolescents who instead of studying work, all this for the simple fact that many of them come from low-income families and it is understandable that in these cases, most common is that they comply with their duties and even more with the rights that correspond to them, education being one of the most fundamental of all young people, even though they do not do it, it should be noted that this research was carried out based on surveys, interviews, as well as the analysis of the norm, such as the constitution, the labor code and the code of childhood and adolescence that supports minors when there are cases like these. Our legislation has an article, established in the labor code, where it clearly mentions that only young people can work a 6-hour day, while the other two are for academic purposes, as long as their age is over 15 and under 18, within this point we make an emphasis, this type of situation is known about the disrespect for the working day in minors, which not only occurs within the Echeandia Canton, becoming a very common globalized situation that is lived daily, where the rights of minors are not respected, thus abusing the situation in which they are going through, referring to the lack of money in which they find themselves, thus feeling, forced to have to carry out a journey work that for their young age is not acceptable, young minors see themselves in a pond of being able to decide, what do I mean by this that there are many people who abuse the n defiance and humility of the people and they think and believe that due to the need they are going through, they should do all kinds of work, regardless of whether they are minors or older adults.
