It is determined that popular games are not only a means of entertainmentEl presente informe de investigación con fines de titulación se realizó con el fin de como vincular los juegos populares con el saber científico de las Ciencias Naturales y mejorar el desarrollo del aprendizaje de dicha asignatura. Para tal proceso se identificaron juegos en relación a los temas de cada unidad y de esta manera adaptarlos en el ámbito educativo. También se realizó la recolección de información que fundamenta teóricamente el estudio, la técnica de recolección de datos es el análisis de textos como el libro de Ciencias Naturales y el cuaderno de tareas de los estudiantes y posterior a eso una prueba para verificar la viabilidad de la propuesta de trabajo. Se determina que los juegos populares no solo son un medio de entretenimiento, sino que si se les da una buena adaptación educativa puede servir para fortalecer las habilidades de aprendizaje y además de esto también desarrolla en los estudiantes conciencia ambiental e identidad cultural.Universidad Estatal de Bolívar.
