Análisis del Derecho Constitucional y su vulneración en la práctica de la Tauromaquia en el cantón San Miguel, provincia Bolívar año 2022.

In the present investigation, a legal analysis of bullfighting is carried out as a cultural expression developed in the San Miguel Canton of the Bolívar Province, which throughout history has been recognized as a cultural expression that identifies this Canton, bullfighting shows throughout the country have continued to remain one of the most popular shows that take place in all popular festivals, the general objective of this study is to analyze from the perspective of constitutional law in order to establish whether the practice of bullfighting violates rights recognized in the Constitution of 2008 due to the fact that in this regulation nature is recognized as a subject of rights and everything that it implies will be under the protection of the State, peoples, communities and in general all of society, which is why in Ecuador several anti-bullfighting groups have demanded the prohibition of public shows where a bull is killed, since this is seen as a violent act that violates the rights of animals. The investigation is carried out under a quantitative approach, thus allowing to collect numerical data regarding bullfighting, the legal method was used with which the legal regulations related to the subject raised are analyzed, as a result of the analysis carried out, it can be determined that in the Canton San Miguel it is necessary to develop an ordinance that is in harmony with the constitutional and legal precepts that protect animals.
