Čoahkkáigeassu:This work aims to develop a business plan for the creation of a company dedicated to providing automotive suspension services in the city of Guaranda, Bolívar Province, during the year 2025. The proposal arises in response to the constant growth of the local vehicle fleet and the limited availability of specialized technical services, presenting an opportunity to offer professional, reliable, and personalized service. The applied methodology included both inductive and deductive approaches, followed by market research through surveys conducted with vehicle owners and mechanical workshops, as well as technical, administrative, and financial studies to comprehensively assess the project's feasibility. The results revealed high acceptance of the proposed service, highlighting strategic elements such as the use of certified spare parts, warranties on completed work, and a customer-oriented approach focused on trust and preventive maintenance. From a financial perspective, the project showed positive indicators, including a Net Present Value (NPV) of $72,847, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 84.18%, a payback period of 1 year and 4 months, and a Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.80. These results demonstrate the project's profitability and long-term sustainability. It is concluded that the business plan is not only financially viable but also represents a solid alternative for boosting the local economy, generating technical employment, and enhancing the quality of automotive services in Guaranda.
