Modelo de Administración Financiera para mejorar la Gestión Administrativa de la Cooperativa de Producción Agropecuaria Simón lorenzo “Coprosil” ubicada en la parroquia san Lorenzo, cantón Guaranda, provincia Bolìvar año 2018

The main objective of this research is to design a model of financial administration, to improve the administrative management of the cooperative, through a scientific study of several authors, for which bibliographic research was applied, in addition to the field research, of a study descriptive and explanatory, we were able to define the real shortcomings in the current administration and the incidence of this in the development of the Cooperative, which helped to establish cause and effect relationships regarding inadequate administrative management, as well as being able to perform the interpretation and analysis of data obtained through the conduct of surveys to its members and the interview with the manager for an opportune diagnosis of the administrative-financial situation of the cooperative and to develop, propose a model that allows to enhance its activities and the internal organizational order among other aspects significant.
