This plan will include a long-term vision, specific goals, strategies and a series of actions that will lead the cooperative to achieve higher performance, analysis of theoretical and methodological references: The thesis analyzes in detail the theoretical and methodological references related to the strategic planning and detailed management of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Salinas Ltda. This analysis serves to support the proposed strategic approach. Diagnosis of administrative management: A detailed diagnosis of the administrative management used in the cooperative has been carried out for the period 2023-2027. This includes an evaluation of current management processes and practices, as well as their strengths and weaknesses. Strategic planning proposal: based on the results of the diagnosis and analysis of theoretical sources, a strategic planning proposal is built. This proposal adapts to the specific nature of the cooperative and provides a plan to achieve the objectives and tasks of the cooperative in the next 5 years. |
