Riassunto:The present research work is focused on the game-work methodology and its impact on the development of creativity in children of the sub-high school level of the "Alejo Saes" Bilingual Intercultural Educational Center located in the Bolívar Cantón Guaranda Province (Chalata Bajo), since It is one of the many educational institutions to which we go to carry out our pre-professional internships, the same ones that we have been carrying out since the first cycle, throughout this process the one that caught our attention was the aforementioned school, since it does not have an adequate methodology of work at the time of teaching classes, leaving aside all the benefits that the application of different didactic methodologies brings, however, teachers continue to use traditionalist education as one of the best tools at the time of teaching, which is based on his experience that he has been acquiring throughout his professional career. This research project is distributed as follows: The problem that afflicts the Bilingual Intercultural Educational Center "Alejo Saes" is disclosed, where the lack of application of didactic methodologies at the time of teaching classes will be detailed, it is for this reason that the main problem is the lack of application of the play-work methodology in the development of creativity in high school children. To carry out our research project we have set ourselves the same objective that will be achieved through the three specific ones that will help us meet our goal set at the beginning of our work. When elaborating this work, we base ourselves on different points to carry out our theoretical framework correctly, we base ourselves on different points such as: scientific theory, legal and referential theory, which allowed us to have an adequate structure during this investigative work. A key element to realize the shortcomings that the child has in different skills was through the observation technical sheet, which allows us to analyze new strategies as teachers to implement within the classroom, on the other hand, a survey was 4 applied that it is aimed at teachers to know their ability at the time of teaching the class. A methodological guide has been created with different activities that will help the educational center to implement the work-game methodology as a teaching tool, with which great benefits are achieved in infants, thus improving their work technique and emphasizing the importance of the itself in the development of different areas when applied correctly. Conclusions are defined based on all the research carried out based on the different points that we have developed during this investigative work, it helped us expand our knowledge about the work-game methodology in the development of creativity, motivating us to be quality professionals and keep us in constant innovation.
