In order to develop this investigation, the inductive method was used in order to analyze the behavior of the entity's investment portfolios and the deductive method to compare the credits of each period, thus analyzing each of its activities and procedures applied in the institution, in the same way instruments and techniques of information collection were applied, such as an interview directed to the head of agency and a survey directed to the partners of the entity. Through the collection of data and information, the interpretation and analysis of results could be carried out, to continue to make the proposal to formulate strategies that will allow an improvement in financial management and its impact on the Cooperative's investment portfolio |

Through the collection of data and information, the interpretation and analysis of results could be carried out, to continue to make the proposal to formulate strategies that will allow an improvement in financial management and its impact on the Cooperative's investment portfolioEl presente proyecto de investigación, denominado como la gestión financiera y su impacto en el portafolio de inversiones de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Indígena SAC Píllaro Ltda., Agencia Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar, cuyo problema principal es la escasa información sobre el portafolio de inversión, para ello se tomó como muestra a los periodos 2015-2019, para lo cual se ha realizado una investigación desde diversas perspectivas teóricas. Para desarrollar esta investigación se utilizó el método inductivo con el fin de analizar el comportamiento de los portafolios de inversiones de la entidad y el método deductivo para comparar los créditos de cada periodo, analizando así cada una de sus actividades y procedimientos aplicados en la institución, de igual manera se aplicó instrumentos y técnicas de recolección de información, tales como una entrevista dirigida al jefe de agencia y una encuesta dirigida a los socios de la entidad. Mediante la recopilación de datos e información se pudo realizar la interpretación y análisis de resultados, para continuar a realizar la propuesta de formular estrategias que permitirá un mejoramiento en la gestión financiera y su impacto en el portafolio de inversiones de la Cooperativa.Universidad Estatal de Bolívar.
