Formulación de un sistema administrativo financiero para la Asociación de Campesinos del Buen Vivir del cantón Urdaneta provincia de Los Ríos “ASOGRIUR” para el período 2017.

The present research project was developed in the Association of Farmers of the Good Living of Urdaneta "ASOGRIUR", which is located in the Urdaneta Canton, Los Ríos Province; Consists of the Formulation of an Administrative and Financial System for the Association of Farmers of Good Living "ASOGRIUR" in the period 2017, Canton Urdaneta Province of Los Ríos. "The Association of Farmers of the Good Living of Urdaneta" ASOGRIUR "is formed with the main purpose of seeking the development, production and commercialization of rice, among other products such as corn, cocoa, soybeans; Through the collective work of its partners to improve their living conditions, the development of the area, the practice of solidarity of collective work, unity and organization. "(Constitution of ASOGRIUR, 2017) This research establishes the problematic of a deficient administrative-financial structure, which has been applied with empirical knowledge. Therefore, it is determined the importance of generating a highly integrated administrative-financial model to the management and thus promote an organizational change. "It is important for the Association to implement in its administration, strategic planning that determines objectives, strategies, policies; A short-term financial planning, using as a strategic tool the delineation of a financial budget that promotes and generates economic resources for the needs of the Association and thus access to new opportunities. This structure will be made up of realizable processes, comfortable practical, which will be of great help, fomenting a propitious working environment, providing each of the partners with facilities to carry out their activities safely, in order to achieve the objectives proposed for this group".
