Ychwanegu Tag | Crynodeb: | The research project “SCIENTIFIC ACADEMIC PRODUCTION OF RESEARCH TEACHERS OF THE NURSING CAREER PERIOD 2017 2019” has been conceived by the need to establish a baseline on the scientific production obtained by the Nursing Research Professors of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Human Being of the State University of Bolívar, as evidence of the results obtained in the research processes; in accordance with the parameters established by the control bodies of the Ecuadorian Higher Education System (National Secretariat of Higher Education Science, Technology and Innovation Senescyt, CACES Higher Education Quality Assurance Council and CES Higher Education Council). The general objective of the research is to evaluate the academic scientific research production of the Nursing Career teachers during the 2017-2019 periods. According to the methodology used, the study is considered as non-experimental descriptive (diagnosis); and it has been based on the parameters established in the Models of Evaluation of the Nursing Career Learning Environment 2017 and Model of External Evaluation of the Universities and Polytechnic Schools 2019. The information reflected from this study will allow decision making to hierarchical level in favor of the constant improvement of the established quality parameters. The main results obtained are: In 2017, a total of 3 scientific articles (1 regional, 2 worldwide) were published, corresponding to 18.75% of the total scientific production of the race and 13 papers corresponding to 81.25%. On the other hand, in 2018, a total of 12 scientific articles (4 regional, 8 worldwide) were published, corresponding to 60% of the total scientific production of the race and 8 papers corresponding to 40%. In 2019, a general decrease in scientific production in general was identified. |
