Summary:The research project titled: Needs Assessment Guide based on the Virginia Henderson model in people with disabilities. Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion District Guaranda. 2017-2018, consists of an approach to the problem that indicates: the absence of a guide to assess basic needs for people with disabilities, the general objective of the research mentions: To identify the importance of having a needs assessment guide based on the Virginia Henderson model in persons with disabilities registered in the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion District Guaranda, 2017-2018, followed by the objectives Specifics that say: To raise information about the needs of persons with disabilities registered in the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion Guaranda district. Develop a basic needs assessment guide according to the Virginia Henderson model. To socialize the guide designed on the basis of the needs affected to the technical personnel of the Ministry of Economic and Social inclusion for its institutional validation. The instrument that we use for the elaboration of the guide is a survey applied to 60 people with disabilities registered in the Ministry of Economic and Social inclusion, with the supervision of the Tutor guide of the Project Lcda. María Martínez and assistant tutor Lcda. Silvina López according to the research Made reveals that people with disabilities surveyed in 72% do not know the importance of eating a healthy diet, 93% do not receive any kind of home view by health personnel, 66% of people with disabilities do not use any kind of aid device, 100% of the population surveyed does not perform any rehabilitation treatment, the assessment Guide is an essential tool to improve the lifestyle of the People with disabilities because it takes into account the basic necessities of the human beings for the satisfaction of the same ones.
