الملخص:The general objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between the Job Description, Valuation and Classification Manual and the organizational structure of the State University of Bolívar in 2024. This research focuses on evaluating the alignment between the organizational structure and the manual, in order to identify areas for improvement and contribute to strengthening the institution. The methodology used in this study is descriptive and documentary, with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) as data collection techniques and comparison matrices where it was carried out based on the statute and the manual, 39 positions from 5 administrative directions were studied. The main results show that more than 75% of the organizational structure is aligned with the Job Description, Valuation and Classification Manual. It is essential that organizations ensure alignment between their organizational structure and the job description, valuation and classification manual, as this allows clearly defining roles and responsibilities, establishing hierarchy and delimiting the degree of classification and valuation of positions. This, in turn, contributes to improving operational efficiency and strengthening the institution as a whole. In this regard, it is considered necessary to prepare a technical report that proposes reforms and changes in areas where there is no alignment, based on the results obtained. This will allow the State University of Bolívar to improve its organizational structure and increase its operational efficiency.
