添加標簽 | 總結: | The present study was carried out in the company ANBECA S.A., in the city of Guaranda, in which it has been determined that human talent is one of the fundamental pillars in the impact of business development. The objective of the research is to implement a training and motivation plan so that the company´s employees can improve and acquire new skills, so that they can improve their work performance, thus ensuring that employees obtain both personal and professional Knowledge. At the same time, the methodology that was applied in the execution of this research is qualitative and quantitative that allowed us to establish the paradigm of the company´s situation and its impact on the business development of ANBECA. The research method used is the descriptive method, which was used to determine the central characteristics of the population, as well as the field method, data collection techniques, interview the manager and survey the employees. Proportionally, the proposed training and motivation plan presents components that aim to help employees improve their skills, as skills on creativity, leadership, industrial safety, teamwork and of course improve their work performance. |
