Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | The present project of titration, Process of Nursing Care, in Thermoregulation of the Neonate through the Model of Madeleine Leininger in the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital, in the neonatology ward of Ciudad de Guaranda, Bolívar Province, September - December 2018 period, has as a Build the nursing care process and the thermoregulation of the newborn, through the Madeleine Leininger model, qualitative quantitative research where the real needs and the personnel that is related to an individualized attention plan are identified, achieving the improvement of the patient. Method: an assessment guide is applied according to the transcultural model of Madeleine Leininger, through interviews with 10 mothers of newborns to take into account the customs and traditions in the newborn with alterations in thermoregulation, a survey of knowledge to the 11 nursing graduates of the area of neonatology, on the model of Madeleine Leininger, applying to the taxonomy of Nanda, Noc, Nic. The method of analysis in the ATLAS TI software, which is characterized by the information in the hierarchy of codes, notes and citations prior to the elaboration of a hermeneutic unit, is applied through the interviews.
