Objective: To determine the relationship between the academic offer of the Bolívar State University nursing school and the employability of graduates in the year 2018-2020, zone 8. Methodology: Descriptive study of a quantitative, correlational, and cross-sectional type whose population the study was selected through discretionary and convenience sampling, with a total of 7 professionals to whom the survey was applied for the subsequent analysis of information. Results: In relation to the competences developed by Nursing graduates, the health administration is located, while they had a partial fulfillment of the curricular mesh in the workplace. Conclusions: The relationship between the academic offer and the employability of professionals makes a significant difference, currently the labor demand turns out to be much more competitive and enriched by the digital world.
