Gestión administrativa y su incidencia en la cultura organizacional de la Constructora Atuk Construction S.A.S, cantón Ambato, parroquia Santa Rosa, Año 2025

The research titled "Administrative Management and Its Impact on the Organizational Culture of the Company Atuk Construction S.A.S., Ambato Canton, Santa Rosa Parish, Year 2025" aims to analyze how administrative processes affect the organizational culture of said company during the year 2024. The thesis posits that administrative management does significantly influence the strengthening and development of the organizational culture at Atuk Construction S.A.S. For the development of this research, a mixed methodological approach was adopted, combining field, bibliographic, and descriptive research. Data collection was carried out through surveys and interviews directed at the staff of Atuk Construction S.A.S. The findings revealed that deficiencies in administrative management negatively impact the organizational culture, evidenced by internal communication failures and delays in project execution. The conclusions highlight the importance of optimizing administrative processes as a key factor in building a strong organizational culture. Consequently, it is suggested to implement strategies that reinforce the administrative aspects of the company, with the goal of fostering a more efficient, cohesive, and results-oriented work environment.
