Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | A technological tool was developed for the evaluation of professional profiles in the human talent management career in order to strengthen the academic training of students and improve their competitiveness in the labor market. For this purpose, the agile Scrum methodology was used, allowing an iterative and flexible development. This methodology facilitated the adaptation of the system according to the needs of the users. Functional and non-functional requirements were identified and documented to optimize the user experience. Among the key functionalities of the tool are resume management, job posting by companies, application evaluation based on established criteria such as formal education, experience, and training. These functionalities were developed to provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience. The end result was an efficient and intuitive system, which facilitates the acquisition of practical skills in students and contributes to closing the gap between theory and practice, improving students’ preparation for the labor market. Its implementation is recommended in the Human Talent Management career to strengthen learning and optimize the training of future professionals. |
