總結:The purpose of this research is to determine the efficiency of micronutrients administered at the Crespo Lamb Health Center to improve the nutritional status of children aged 6 to 60 months. The variables studied were anthropometric and biochemical data, for which we worked with a universe of 196 patients, 54% male and 46% female. Where the methodological approach of the investigative work was the quantitative one, using the deductive method, through the results obtained it has been shown that of the population considered for the study 30% of these present some nutritional problem according to the anthropometric evaluation and blood biochemistry Two nutritional diagnoses were carried out, one at the beginning of the research work and the other at the end, and in this way to establish differences in the nutritional status of the children, after 3 months of having supplied micronutrients, an improvement was found in those who have They were diagnosed with a short stature of 9%, underweight of 1%, emaciation of 1.5% and anemia of 6%. Based on this information we can say that the program is effective, demonstrating that the problems in the development of children are lacking in micronutrients and can be solved with the relevant execution of this plan and thereby improve the nutritional status of children who have short stature with respect to age, low weight for age and anemia and prevalence in the diagnosis of severe short stature and severe underweight. In conclusion, it is affirmed that the efficiency of the program depends on factors such as timely and methodical application since if micronutrients are administered in a greater proportion, the percentage of children with signs of malnutrition will be lower.
