| الملخص: | Rural economies are often characterized by structural deficits resulting from population loss, lack of investment, limited availability of human capital and demographic aging. Entrepreneurship has emerged as a powerful engine and catalyst for economic growth and development. In this study, data on rural entrepreneurship were collected using a structured questionnaire. A positive correlation was found between accounting management, human resource management, business planning, budget management and financial management, and the profitability of rural ventures. However, the correlation is not strong, indicating the influence of other factors. The implementation of effective business management can contribute to improving profitability in rural enterprises. |
