Sammanfattning:The State University of Bolivar and the Faculty of Educational Sciences concerned about the educational system of the province and country after having knowledge of apprenticeship evaluations in reading and writing at the Ministerial level approves our research topic Fantastic literature in the development of oral and written expression in children from 7 to 8 years old in the neighborhood of La Comunidad of San Miguel, we went to the community, where we held a meeting with parents and the president of the same, who gave us the necessary opening to carry out our work, making it clear that we have the responsibility to work with children, from 7 to 8 years of age and from Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. According to (Rioseco lzquierdo & Navarro García H, 2014, page 1) "Recent research on reading has justified the practice that the child is able to interpret reading knowledge; to the extent that there is more cultural baggage, the search for meaning, the message on the part of the reader, will be fruitful. " For this reason we have seen the indispensable use of appropriate methods and techniques for the development of oral and written expression to optimize in an integral way the knowledge of children since they are able to be perfected. The fantastic literature is the most appropriate medium for the development of oral and written expression in children from 7 to 8 years, since we as future teachers allows us to know that the reality where they work, since it is the axis fundamental for their daily development inside and outside the classroom.
