Proceso de atención de enfermería en gestantes mayores de 35 años con riesgo de parto prematuro según el modelo de Virginia Henderson en el Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, período marzo – julio de 2022.

The present investigation is entitled Nursing Care Process in Pregnant Women over 35 years of age at risk of Premature Birth according to the Virginia Henderson Teory at the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital, Period March - July 2022, and aims to develop a workshop with the protocols of the nursing care process in this type of patients, whether in control or in hospitalization within the health establishment; which through a methodological framework that had a descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional design, the data was collected through the survey technique with a questionnaire of closed questions, this was applied in person at the hospital facilities to both patients pregnant women as well as health personnel; The results, after processing the information, showed shortcomings regarding the care of the personnel according to the needs of the aforementioned model, in addition to the absence of a preventive culture to reduce the risk of preterm births. Likewise, an active workshop was implemented focused on socializing both personal and professional knowledge and skills in order to improve the quality of life and the success of the patient's pregnancy.
