总结: | In the area of the mountains there are adverse environmental conditions on the roads that the provinces communicate, which influences the accident levels on these roads. The transport sector, whether private or public, is one of the most affected by the periodicity of dangerous roads, however, there are no regulations or procedures carried out in a preventive manner that allows workers and users to provide greater security in services provided. The present investigation arises based on the existing need to generate preventive measures due to the high accident rate at the Guaranda-Ambato and Guaranda-Babahoyo frequencies caused by natural-order anthropic agents. The primary objective was to identify the natural factors that affect public transportation traffic accidents. To do this, workers from the Bolívar de Guaranda Fleet who served the routes under study were surveyed, which made it possible to know that the factors with the highest incidence of traffic accidents experienced in the frequencies towards Ambato and Babahoyo were rain and landslides, coinciding with the adverse climatic conditions recorded on the roads. Another aspect determined through the collection of information was that there was no preventive action in the field of road safety that allowed drivers and assistants to be prepared to face the possible scenarios before a traffic accident caused by natural conditions. As a proposal, a dissemination plan was presented which was structured to instruct drivers and assistants about the accident rates caused by natural anthropic factors such as rain, landslide, fog and hail. This research work allowed us to conclude that preventive action on public transportation is necessary by training and preparing transport professionals how to react to unexpected situations caused by unpredictable climatic and natural conditions, in order to generate greater safety for users . |
