Izvleček:The conductismo was developed at the beginning of century XX; its more outstanding figure was the American psychologist John B. Watson. At that time, the dominant tendency in psychology was the study of the internal psychic phenomena by means of the introspection, very subjective method. Watson did not deny the existence of the internal psychic phenomena, but she insisted on which such experiences could not be object of scientific study because they were not observable. This approach very was influenced by pioneering investigations of the Russian physiologists Iván Pávlov and Vladimir M. Bekhterev on the agreement animal. The children are prearranged to the interaction; this precocidad is a basic variable for the interaction. The babies from very small show preference by the social stimuli: people, human face, sounds… The adults are capable to attribute to meaning and intentionality to the conduct of the boy. The family is the context of socialization of the human being and is constant surroundings in the life of the people, throughout the vital cycle will be overlapped itself with other surroundings: school, friends… The interpersonal relations are deep or superficial contacts that exist between the people during the accomplishment of any activity. Unlike the boy who of his is egoistic by conservation instinct, as the man advances by the different stages from his unfolding, is including/understanding that their interests not always agree with those of the group to who it is belonged. One of the most important aspects of the relations between the people is the communication, since through her we managed to interchange ideas, experiences and values; to transmit feelings and attitudes, and to know us better. The communication allows us to express and to know to us more of we ourself, the others and the means in which we lived. In the process of education and learning that is carried out in the halls class of primary education, social interactions which they are product, of the reciprocal influence between educational and the their students appear as much, like between such students. When educational and the their group of students participates daily in such educative processes, they share feelings and experiences of his surroundings. These aspects are medulares in the integral development from each person and they prepare it to be developed socially. It agrees that the relations that the group of students develops with and the educational ones are safe and affectionate. These bows are fortified daily, with the guide of the teacher and emotional security who can give. The accepted definition more until now has been the one of Musito and Garcia (1996) in whom is mentioned that I mistreat is any nonaccidental physical or psychological damage to a minor, caused by its parents or caretakers, who happen like result of physical, sexual or emotional actions or of negligence, omission or commission, that threaten to physical normal development as as much psychological of the boy. I mistreat physicist: it includes/understands the acts committed by parents or adults caretakers against children and children who generate temporary or permanent physical injuries to them; caused with diverse objects (belts, cables of light, woods, cigarettes, diverse substances, etc.). I mistreat emotional: that he implies the attitudes of indifference, insults, offenses, and/or scorns, produced by the father or adults caretakers and who lost/as damages in their emotional sphere (generating feelings to them of devaluation, low self-esteem and personal insecurity). The academic yield is defined here as the profit level that can reach a student in the scholastic atmosphere in general or a subjet in same individual El can be moderate with pedagogical evaluations understood these like the set of procedures which they consider and they are applied within the educative process with the purpose of obtaining the data, necessary to value the profit, on the part of the students, the intentions established for this process.
