Итог:Dear reader, the following titled research project; “Satisfaction of the users hospitalized with the care of infirmary in the Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro of the city of Guaranda – Ecuador during the period October – December, 2016”. It takes as a target to evaluate the grade of satisfaction of the users hospitalized with the care of infirmary in the services of: Surgery, Medicine Interns, Paediatrics and Gynecology in the Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro of the city of Guaranda – Ecuador during the period October – December, 2016. Design and methodology: There was carried out a descriptive, transverse and quantitative study, in order to achieve the raised target, using as instrument of compilation of information a questionnaire, which will allow us to evaluate the satisfaction of the users with the care that offers the infirmary personnel taking as proves to be 296 patients who to the moment were with high. As soon as the sample was obtained it splits for 4 services into study which indicates us patient one must apply the surveys to all that. The number of persons to be polled for each of the services earlier mentioned in the Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro belongs to 74 patients giving us a whole of 296 surveys. Results: As soon as the surveys were applied to the patients of the sample selected in every service, we could have demonstrated that in the services of surgery, internal medicine, and gynecology the satisfaction of the user fluctuates between bad and regular, while in the paediatrics service the satisfaction of the user fluctuates between regular and good. Conclusions: Most of the patients who took part in the study show a low satisfaction level with the Infirmary attention in terms of reliability, confidence, communication, competition and agility. The patients' big demand, with insufficient human resources to offer attention, will determine the determining one for the low satisfaction of the user. Recommendations: To realize integral evaluations (knowledge, technical skills and I treat the user) to the personnel of infirmary of a periodic way. To dock in the meetings of hospital, the topic of “quality Attention to the user” directed to the whole lender of the service. And finally we take the Annexes as a test of the realized work.
