(Umberto, 2012) What is surprising not only of the parish of San Lorenzo but of the country in general is to continue without the anticipated development and which still do not have the basic essential amenities such as electricity, drinking water, sewerage, roads and infrastructure and schools that encourage the growth and development of families. The research took place in Gad of San Lorenzo surveyed 128 inhabita of the communities of Canduya, Marcopamba, willow and Tambillo Virgin Pamba with a population of 750 inhabitants and where the projects promoted by the vestry are minimal in the year 2017 was employed a methodology which comprised methods, techniques, tools, and bibliographic sources, concluding with the research that there is no an impact on the economic and social fields in the communities as more engaged in the central sector of the parish.
