Lasit fáddágilkoriid | Čoahkkáigeassu: | In order to perform pathologic evaluation in pigs slaughtered at the abattoir Canton Chimbo this research that aims to detect pathological lesions in the cardiovascular, digestive, urogenital and muscular tissue, with the purpose of identifying pathologies was performed, and establish the causes of forfeiture, for this research a total of 164 pigs with the following results were evaluated; in the cardiovascular system: 34 positive lungs for a percentage of 20.73% frequency, and 6 hearts for a 3.6% rate identified .; in the digestive system identified: 45% livers with frequency 27.7%, stomach, 6, to a percentage of 3.6% frequency of positive spleen 5 for a percentage of 3.04% frequency in intestine 4 cases with a percentage of 2.4% frequency in the urogenital system 8 with a frequency percentage of 4.8% in the pancreas no alterations, these results prove positive hypothesis of the presence of pathological changes in the pigs are slaughtered in the municipal slaughterhouse of Chimbo Canton, fact that we enjoins the proposed activities aimed at solving these problems caused economic losses seizure, direct interference in the health of the consumer population of meat products, and the recommendation in the academic area for further research serve to complement this. |
