Add Tag | Summary: | The present work of investigation on costs by order of production was realized in the Avícola of the Prado, that dedicate to the production of chickens of meat for its consumption, where several shortcomings were found in the determination of the real costs of production, such as the control of raw materials as is the balanced food, the indirect manufacturing costs. The costs are determined empirically and other costs are omitted as is the mortality of the chickens, negatively affecting the real determination of the utility. Information was taken from books, theses, scientific articles and website documents, with an analysis of our research topic to have a basis and scientific basis in the realization of the work, the research was carried out through a descriptive design applying methods of research as the Inductive method, deductive method, in the same way I use data collection instruments such as interview and survey with the objective of knowing how is the determination of the costs of the farm Avícola del Prado. The production of chickens in the poultry farm of the meadow is under orders from customers, so compared to the theoretical references studied, it was concluded that a cost system in order of production would be the most appropriate for the poultry farm to determine its costs efficiently and therefore know the real utility that the poultry is generating, with the results obtained through the data collection methods we can say that the poultry farm needs a cost system in order of production since you can know the real cost production and if to help the road of it.
