| Résumé: | Evaluation of Broiler chickens inoculated with Escherichia Coli treated with multivitamins and antibiotics, proposing the following specific objectives: 1) Determine the percentage of broiler chickens affected by Escherichia Coli; 2) To evaluate the efficiency of multivitamins and antibiotics in the control of Escherichia Coli; 3) Determine the percentage of mortality of chickens in each of the treatments; 4) Determine in which of the treatments a better productive development is obtained. This investigation was carried out in the City of Guaranda Provincia Bolivar in the Experimental Farm Laguacoto II. The aviculture in Ecuador has been a very dynamic activity of the agricultural sector during the last 30 years, due to a high demand of its products for all social strata of the population, even having expanded the sales volumes in the border markets. According to the National Corporation of Aviculturists of Ecuador (CONAVE) and the National Institute of Statistics and Census INEC, through the Surveys of Surface and Continuous Agricultural Production (ESPAC) in our country there is a poultry population of 224 million broilers 9.5 million layers, with a production of 48,000,000 eggs per week, of which the industry contributes with 85 percent and the production of the field contributes the remaining 15 percent. The per capita consumption in Ecuador is 32 kg person / year of chicken meat. Different does and Multivitamins and Antibiotics (65mg+2gr), (65mg+4gr), (75mg+2gr), (75mg+4gr) were used. The treatments that were submitted to the investigation showed a different statistical significance both in the Weight (P), Weight Gain (GP) and Food Conversion (CA). performed the statistical analyzes the T5 (Antibiotics75mg + Multivitamins4gr) was the one that obtained a good assimilation and efficiency in comparison to the other does with a general average of 2398,16gr; 2354,34gr; 4,85% did not obtain a weight and an ideal weight gain unlike T1 (Control). |
