Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | When a woman is pregnant, according to current Ecuadorian regulations, she has the right to receive an amount of money from the father of her child to cover the basic needs of food, medicine and any other expenses resulting from the pregnancy. The unborn minor has the right to live in conditions that allow him to reach his complete and normal physical, intellectual, moral and social development. Maternity protection begins from the moment conception is proven, therefore it includes the provision of economic means to care for the pregnant mother, assistance during childbirth, the puerperium and during the breastfeeding period, establishing prenatal help according to the economic situation of the obligor and provided from the date on which the claim is proposed. This research deals with the right to food of the pregnant woman in cases of fetal death, given that this situation unfortunately usually happens in everyday life. The methodology to be used will be through exploration. The study population will be composed of mothers who were pregnant and lost their children in the womb. The transfer of results will be carried out through the defense of this research. |
