Vulnerabilidad de adultos mayores y su incidencia social en la parroquia Santa Fe, cantón Guaranda, provincia Bolívar, 2021-2022.

The objective of this research project is to present the "Vulnerability of older adults and its social impact, in the parish of Santa Fe, Guaranda, Bolívar province, 2021-2022", which seeks to promote the full analysis of older adults vulnerable to social events, older adults are vulnerable due to their biological and social conditions in which they are considered vulnerable, by living in risk situations determined by the same personal resources, both economic, social, family, community and above all. all from access to health services. In fact, my research work is considered as a mixed quantitative and qualitative analysis of the field and, as the population under study, the elderly population vulnerable to the social cases of the Santa Fe parish in which it resides in the rural area, and to whom a survey has been administered in order to know the problems and living conditions faced by older adults. The parish of Santa Fe, in the Guaranda canton, province of Bolívar, maintains a registry of 30 older adults, who constitute 1.38% of the total population of the parish. Most of these people live alone and do not have the support of their own families, so they choose to seclude themselves in their homes, distancing themselves from the rest of society within the Santafereña parish.
