| Gaia: | This investigation was carried on Unidad Educativa Ángel Polibio Chaves in Guaranda, in which the following research problem was proposed ¿How does significant learning affect academic literature language area efficiently in students of fourth level at Unidad Educativa Ángel Polibio Chaves in Guaranda, 2022- 2023? The solution proposed was to identify the main learning problems found on students of fourth level mainly when acquiring knowledge. Therefore, it is important to look forward students’ abilities so to promote teaching-learning process, improve teachers’ roles, strengthen students’ critical thinking skills and engagement. The mixed methodological design approach was used, it helped us identify the research population of fourth level at Unidad Educativa Ángel Polibio Chaves. The data collection instruments were applied on forty students and one teacher. Thus, the gotten results showed that the majority of students have literacy learning difficulties in meaningful learning process, so students will have difficulties creating their own learning. Finally, the solution is to improve students’ skills and abilities through the use of new methodologies and techniques in order to acquire excellent academic performance. |
