Evaluación del control interno en la gestión de procesos de la asociación de servicios de limpieza Sumak Sumay (Ambiente Limpio) “ASOSUMAY” del cantón Tena, año 2021

The objective of the research was to evaluate the internal control and its impact on the process management of the Association of Cleaning Services Sumak Sumay (Clean Environment) "ASOSUMAY" of the canton Tena, year 2021. With the hypothesis, the evaluation of internal control will contribute to the improvement of the process management of the Association of Cleaning Services Sumak Sumay (Clean Environment) ASOSUMAY. The methods used in the research process are: inductive, deductive, and scientific; the type of research is descriptive, bibliographic and field, the information was obtained by interviewing the experts of the Association which are the directors and the general board; the information was processed by means of the Abacus of Régnier, in the evaluation carried out it was evidenced that the level of compliance is 18% which represents a very low level in the weighting scale; On the other hand, it is also taken into account that the risk level is very high with 82%; through the data obtained it can be corroborated that the association has a diversity of shortcomings in the management of processes at the directive level, which would seriously damage the service provided by the association.
