| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | The research was based on the problem of quality management processes in the area of dairy production of the Association of Producers and Industrializers of the Su Cambio por el Cambio Foundation, located in the San Simón Parish, Guaranda Canton. The general objective of this research is to analyze the processes of quality management in the area of dairy production in the Association of Producers and Industrializers of the Change for Change Foundation, located in the San Simón Parish, Guaranda Canton, Bolívar Province, year 2017. The following specific objectives were considered: • Carry out an analysis on the theories related to quality management in the area of dairy production that sustain the study. • Diagnose the process of quality management in dairy production for decision making. • Identify the critical processes that influence quality management in the Association of Producers and Industrializers of the Foundation for Change. For the investigation, the workers of the Association of Producers and Industrializers were considered using techniques and data collection instruments such as: the interview, survey and observation, with the purpose of obtaining information about the quality management processes in the area of dairy production and identify the critical processes that influence the quality management and in this way to be able to solve the possible problems. It should be noted that this research work on quality management in the area of dairy production of the Association of Producers and Industrializers of the Su Cambio por Cambio Foundation is the first study that will serve as the basis for future studies related to management of the quality. The methods that were considered for the realization of this project are: Inductive, deductive, synthetic, analytical, qualitative and quantitative method. The types of research that was taken into account are: Applied research, field, descriptive. The methodology used in the investigation allowed to investigate the process of quality management that is carried out in this association through which the influence of the management processes on the production of dairy products is determined |
