All this is in order to know the existing problems which contributes to determine the current situation of the same through recommendations will be made. To carry out this purpose, a general analysis of the Chamber was carried out defining the philosophy, mission and vision as an indispensable tool in which it is directed towards the future in the short, medium and long term in which it will help to fulfill the objectives of the organization. Subsequently, a plan of socioeconomic analysis of the sustainability of the Chamber of Commerce was executed in which it reflects the economic, social and environmental situation, projects or agreements with other entities benefiting the partners so that their products or services can excel at the level global, provincial and national contributing to it being sustainable and profitable. Keywords: sustainability, socioeconomic analysis, objectives, productivity, environmentaEl presente trabajo de titulación permitió realizar el análisis socioeconómico de la sostenibilidad de Cámara de Comercio ubicada en el Cantón Guaranda Provincia Bolívar la cual ayuda a incrementar la productividad de los socios y la sociedad general. Para el levantamiento de la información se realizó mediante la entrevista al directorio y encuestas a los socios, esta investigación es de Campo, Exploratoria y Descriptiva todo esto es fin de conocer los problemas existentes el cual contribuye a determinar la situación actual de la misma mediante esto se planteará recomendaciones. Para llevar a cabo este propósito se realizó un análisis general de la Cámara definiendo la filosofía, misión y visión como herramienta indispensable en el que va direccionada hacia el futuro a corto, mediano y largo plazo en el que ayudara al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la organización. Posteriormente se ejecutó un plan de análisis socioeconómico de la sostenibilidad de la Cámara de Comercio en el que ve reflejado la situación económica, social y ambiental, los proyectos u convenios con otras entidades beneficiando a los socios para que sus productos o servicios puedan sobresalir a nivel mundial, provincial y nacional contribuyendo que la misma sea sostenible y rentable.
