Označite | Izvleček: | This project presented an investigation to carry out on basis to the need from incorporation of the model theoretical transcultural nursing of Madeleine Leininger is the new plan to have a really successful career of nursing of the university of Estatal Bolívar; the model that was selected for the group in charge of the curriculum redesign based on the context conditions. The importance of the investigation was incorporating the Leininger Model the formation from students to strengthen and to emerge from the care to cultural and to improve the image of the career. The type of studying is “exploratory” and the design the same was done by: literature review of sources indexed for knowledge of the model establishment of a methodology for the proposal based on eleven steps of the article called: ”The nurse cross-cultural and the development of the competition Cultural” of the author Elizabeth Castrillón and the validation of the same thought a Committee of experts both national as international, using the Delphi technique, was obtained as a result very suitable categories and appropriate based on the criteria established for this purpose using the Delphi which were: structure general proposal, substantiation of the 11 steps, consistency between the different steps, consistent theoretical-practical, incorporating the cross-cultural, clarity of the proposal, feasibility of the proposal. A conclusion important is that the model can be capacity or instrumented under certain conditions. |
