Додати тег | Резюме: | The Salinas Potable Water and Sewerage Administrative Board is located in the Salinas parish, belonging to the Guaranda canton, Bolívar province, has the primary objective of providing potable water and sewerage service to the inhabitants of the parish, which is administered by the same users of the service, which is why they must carry out adequate financial administrative management, since it manages economic resources of the state for the benefit of the parish. With the completion of the diagnosis in the financial administrative area, it was determined that the administration is deficient, this is due to several factors including failures in financial administrative processes, dissatisfaction of the users in the claims presented, lack of planning of the activities to be carried out, outdated regulations and corporate name, absence of technical accounting among others. Therefore, there is a weakness in the efficient control of processes and resources, this causes that the service provided by this entity is not of quality. A Manual of Financial Administrative Management Procedures is necessary, which serves as a guide for the members of the Board of Directors and thus improve the processes and jointly the quality of the service, because the Manual will describe the functions of each member of the board of the entity, the internal activities or procedures, without omitting any process, so that the result is optimal, the entity manages the technical accounting, developing the accounting cycle in a sequential manner each financial process, that is, from the source documents or vouchers to the Financial Statements.
