It should be noted that sex work is not a new trade or that it is just being put into practice, on the contrary, it is an activity that has been developed since the beginning of humanity, which is why it is so alarming that this activity being so old and that it has always remained in force within society even if it does not have the necessary labor regulations to protect the rights of those who exercise it. It is essential that the serious violation of rights they have faced be made known and that, unfortunately, even in the 21st century, sex workers from tolerance centers are still exposed because there is no recognition of labor rights. The main purpose of this research is to generate new knowledge about the issue raised, so that in this way it is about eradicating the serious violation of labor rights that has been developing and in fact increasing day by day for sex workers; In addition to the fact that through the present investigation, an attempt was made to do everything possible to substantiate it because the recognition of rights for this specific population group is important, since they, like all workers, are deserving of rights. In this way, and also relying on international regulations, which are more developed in this area, we will try to promote the recognition of labor rights for sex work in tolerance centers in order to ensure that the rights that are found are fulfilled. prescribed within the labor and constitutional regulations for each and every one of those who carry out work activity and that the State finally provides its legal protection to this group that has been harassed over the years.
