In support of our research, we proceed to investigate background information in accordance with the manual of functions and efficiency, considering the objectives and conclusions of the theses investigated. For the collection of data and information, the survey is used as an instrument where closed questions are addressed that enrich the investigation by knowing what are the causes that exist and provide solutions to these problems. |
